Known as the oldest board game played in Ancient Egypt, the "deed" dates back to 5000 BC years.

The hieroglyphs in some special squares on the game board give direction to the game related to various beliefs. It has been determined that these hieroglyphs show some changes over time depending on changing beliefs.

 

The bill is played with two players and there are thirty squares in total in the game.

The object of the game is to be the first player to get all the pieces out by removing them.

Progression is made with "counting sticks" , the predecessor of the game dice.

Usually the reels are black and the cones are white. There are four counting sticks in total one side is black and the other side is white.

 

How to Play Promissory Note?

Promissory note is a game for two players and to play, you need a game board, 10 game pieces consisting of 5 reels and 5 cones and

4 counting sticks are needed.

All game pieces are arranged on the game board from side to side (like cone-reel-cone-reel…) 1 to 10. How does each player throws the counting sticks to determine whether to play:

If 1 white face comes up: 1

If 2 white faces come up: 2

If 3 white faces come up: 3

If all white faces: 4

If all black faces: 5 squares advance.

 

The first player to score 1 starts the game. It then keeps throwing bars  until it hits 2 or 3, recording its beats. Then move a piece or pieces according to the number of different throws ettirir. 

 

Notes: 

 A piece can jump over other pieces.

 Playing backwards is allowed only if it is not possible to play forward. 

 If the player has no moves to play, he must pass. 

 All pieces must be on square 26. 

 The exact required number must be scored in order to come over the 26th square. 

 If the player lands on squares 27, 28, 29, or 30, his piece moves back to square 15 and player passes. 

 Instead of returning to frame 15, the player can wait at frame 27 until he rolls 4. 

 In order to remove a stone from the game board, it is necessary to cast any number from the 30th square or the exact number from the 28 and 29. squares. 

 Rolling 5 removes the stone in square 26 from the game board. 

 If the player only has a piece to move at square 26 and has nowhere else to go, 27. should advance to the square.

 The player must remove all his pieces from the game board to win the game.
